Junior Accounting Supervisor

• Process Municipal permits for new stores.
• Process POS, ATP, Books of Accounts, eSales, and Eccreg registrations.
• Process closure of Municipal and BIR permits for stores being closed.
• Process business transfers.
• Process annual renewal of Municipal and BIR permits and registrations.
• Process renewal of Signage and FSIC Certificates.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements, findings, and assessments.
• Process refund and recovery of mall security deposits.
• Monitor and update lease contracts, renewal agreements, and offer sheets.
• Submit government requirements and other mandated documents for store pre-opening.
• Provide assistance to stores regarding operational and government-related requirements.
• Maintain and safeguard records and files through the Central Monitoring System across all companies.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• With relevant experience in accounting, permits processing, or government compliance.
• Knowledge of BIR and Municipal/Business Permit requirements is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Willing to coordinate with government offices, stores, and other departments.
