Junior Accounts Administrator

Position: Junior Accounts Administrator
Reporting to: Senior Accounts Administrator and Financial Controller
Working Hours: 8:30 – 4:15
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Description

This role supports the finance team in the administration and account’s function, with the following key responsibilities:

• Handling service phone calls and emails – Responding to customer service enquires in person, by telephone and email.
• Processing sales invoices and customer receipts daily
• Processing customs clearance documentation
• Maintaining Bank Receipts/Reconciliations including credit card transactions
• Issue monthly statements
• Maintaining membership register and renewals
• General office administration
• Other accounts duties as assigned from time to time

Skills/Experience Required:

• Some Accounts/ PC experience is desirable. – Computer applications experience e.g., Microsoft office and accounts software experience preferable (e.g., Sage)
• Customer service focus with good communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Experience in Financial reporting and record Keeping

Training will be provided on all tasks assigned.
