Junior Accounts cum Admin Assistant (Kallang-Singapore)

Responsibilities

• Handle both accounts payable function/small full sets accounts.
• Follow up on monthly stock ageing report.
• General HR/ administrative duties or any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

· Diploma/ITE in Accountancy or any other equivalent qualifications.

· At least 2 years of accounts receivable/payable is preferred but not a must.

· Good knowledge in Microsoft Office such as excel and words.

· Meticulous, independent and good team player.

· Able to start work within short notice period is preferred.

· Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.

· Able to work independently.

· Fresh graduates are welcome.
