Junior Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Enter purchase, sales, receipt, and payment transactions in Tally.
• Maintain ledgers and basic accounting records.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and invoice preparation.
• Support the accounts team in GST/TDS-related documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
• Training would be provided but need to know basics
• Should be proficient in MS-Excel

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher with a Tally/Accounting course certification.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
