What they need
Role & responsibilities
Conduct TDS reconciliation with books of accounts, Form 26AS, and relevant records.
Perform ledger reconciliation with customers, vendors, and other parties.
Follow up with customers/clients for outstanding payments and maintain payment follow-up records.
Prepare and submit the required documents and supporting details for invoice booking with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for resolving invoice/documentation issues.
Assist in month-end closing and other routine accounting activities.
Support the Accounts & Finance team in audits, reconciliations, and other assigned tasks.
Knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
