Junior Accounts Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3+ years of core accounting experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring full compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and preparing accurate financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

* Taxation & Compliance: Handle end-to-end GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with 2A/2B) and TDS calculation, deduction, e-filing of quarterly returns, and issuing Form 16/16A.

* Core Accounting: Manage day-to-day journal entries, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger accounts in Tally/ERP software.

* Banking & Reconciliation: Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and vendor/customer reconciliation.

* Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end closing, finalization of accounts, preparing Balance Sheet, and P&L statements.

* Audit Support: Support external and internal auditors during statutory and tax audits by providing necessary documentation.

Key Requirements & Skills

* Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's (M.Com/MBA Finance).

* Technical Skills: Strong practical knowledge of GST laws, TDS returns, Income Tax, and proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting software.

* Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and good communication.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
