Junior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ledger Management: Maintain accurate daily financial records and perform journal entries and general ledger updates using accounting software.
• Financial Closing: Assist in the end-to-end monthly and quarterly accounts closing process.
• Reconciliations: Conduct monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Reporting Support: Assist in preparing management reports, financial statements, and tax-related documentation.
• Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audit cycles by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
• Administrative Support: Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks to support the department’s operations.
