Junior Accounts Executive

About Role

Join the dynamic team at Merces Corporate Services Sdn Bhd as an Junior Accounts Executive based in Melaka. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your accounting and administrative skills within a leading corporate services provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting
• Maintain accurate accounting records (hardcopy & softcopy) and ensure timely submission of financial reports
• Assist in statutory reporting, tax filings, and ad-hoc admin assignments
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate financial information
• Provide administrative and accounting support including filing, data entry, correspondence, and office tasks
• Support day-to-day operations and departmental projects while maintaining confidentiality

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient in using Autocount software
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting roles (corporate/professional services is an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
