Junior Accounts Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in GST, TDS compliance, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and day-to-day accounting.
• Prepare and file monthly GST and TDS returns.
• Maintain books of accounts, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
• Prepare and submit RBI returns and ensure NBFC regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and support statutory audits.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in an NBFC or financial services company.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, RBI returns.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
