Junior Accounts Executive

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP.
• Prepare salary statements and maintain statutory registers related to EPF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
• Handle timely payment and filing of EPF/ESI/PT.
• Maintain and update Fixed Asset Records with proper depreciation schedules.
• Perform regular Bank Reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Process payments to vendors, staff, and consultants as per due cycles.
• Manage fee collections from parents, issue receipts, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Support in handling internal accounting queries and periodic audits.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative work as allocated from time to time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
