Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the Finance & Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial records.
• Prepare and process sales/purchase invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and perform regular reconciliations.
• Handle bank reconciliation and payment/receipt entries.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Track outstanding receivables and payables.
• Maintain proper accounting documents and records.
• Assist in monthly MIS, audits and other finance-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and payment-related requirements.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 0–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good communication, numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
