Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Chembur East (Near Kurla East), Mumbai
Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years
Industry Preference: Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
Software Preference: Candidates with Logisys software experience preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting functions, preferably within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry, and familiarity with Logisys software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents
• Handle billing activities, including invoice generation, verification, and timely processing
• Work on Logisys software for accounting and reporting
• Support in monthly closing and reporting activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry preferred
• Hands-on experience with Logisys software is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Candidates residing near Chembur/Kurla will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
