Junior Accounts Executive

• Maintaining and preparing the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash book and general ledger.
• Record and maintain daily sales, cash, card, QR and e-wallet transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and merchant settlement reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, payment vouchers, petty cash claims and outlet reimbursements.
• Prepare month-end closing, account reconciliation and preparation of financial reports.
• Perform e-Invoice submissions and ensure sales and purchase transactions are properly recorded.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment records and supporting documents.
• Prepare audit and tax-related documentation and provide financial information when required.
• Coordinate with outlet managers, suppliers, banks and payment platforms on finance-related matters.
• Knowledge of MYOB accounting software is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
