Junior Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting transactions, purchase and sales entries, and general ledger accounts.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer outstanding follow-ups.
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and perform regular ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain debit notes, credit notes, payment records, and petty cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, SCM, and other departments for invoice verification and accounting documentation.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely processing of transactions.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in accounts, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of purchase invoices, vendor reconciliation, and inventory-related accounting.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with practical experience in manufacturing accounts, vendor management, GST compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations will be preferred.
