JUNIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Location: Budiman Business Park, Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang
Basic Salary: RM2,800–RM3,500 per month, depending on knowledge and experience
Handphone Allowance: RM50 per month

We are looking for a responsible person with basic accounting knowledge to support our accounts and payroll operations. Training will be provided on company procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger entries.
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Check parking collections and reconcile bank and cashless payment records.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reports.
• Assist with payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Maintain proper accounts records and filing.
• Support accounting work for our companies.

Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• Relevant accounting qualification or hands-on accounts experience.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel accurately.
• Willing to learn, responsible and attentive to detail.
• SQL Accounting and payroll experience are advantages.
• Applicants must explain the accounting tasks they have personally handled. A basic accounting and Excel assessment will be conducted during the interview.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Sunday: Off
