Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and credit notes.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
• Check supplier invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain organised accounting records and supporting documents.
• Support audit, tax and e-invoicing documentation as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle financial information confidentially.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or work experience is an advantage.
