Junior Active Directory Administrator

Junior Active Directory Administrator to support user access management and identity services within a global IT infrastructure environment. This role is ideal for an early-career IT professional looking to build experience in Active Directory administration, Windows Server technologies, Group Policies, and enterprise infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
• Perform user account provisioning, modifications, and deactivation.
• Assist with Group Policy implementation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor Active Directory health and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support incident and service request resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and reports.
• Follow security, change management, and IT operational standards.
• Collaborate with senior team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, infrastructure, or related roles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of Active Directory concepts, including users, groups, permissions, and organizational units.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy concepts.
• Exposure to PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment.
