Junior Admin & HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
• Assist in participating in university career fairs, campus recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.
• Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and candidates.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection and orientation arrangements.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Prepare employment letters, HR documents, and other administrative correspondence.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when required.
• Assist in organizing company training, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative inquiries.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR & Administration Department.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates.
