About Natgen

Natgen is a property fund manager specialising in commercial property. We're looking for an enthusiastic junior team member to join our Coomera office in a general office role, with structured training for admin support to our Investor Relations team over time.

The Role

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in financial services and investor relations. You'll begin with general office and administrative duties, and be trained and mentored into supporting our Investor Relations function — no prior industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

●      General office duties including reception, phones, mail, filing and data entry

●      Supporting the Investor Relations team with correspondence and document processing

●      Learning our investor management and CRM systems, with training provided

●      Assisting with the preparation and organisation of investor documentation

●      Maintaining accurate records in line with our compliance requirements

●      Providing general administrative support across the business as required

What We're Looking For

●      A current driver's licence is essential

●      A professional, positive attitude and strong attention to detail

●      Good written and verbal communication skills

●      Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems

●      Reliable, well-presented and keen to build a long-term career

●      No prior experience necessary — full training and mentoring provided
