About the role
Somewhere Concepts is a Bali-based interior design studio looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Admin / Bookkeeper to support finance, accounting, and administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage documents, invoices, payments, and administrative records accurately
- Support finance and accounting operations
- Handle administrative tasks and record-keeping
About you
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as within a team
- Willing to work in Bali
- Preferred: Experience with accounting software such as Xero or similar platforms
