Junior Administration Assistant

The Role

We currently have a full-time position available for a Junior Administration Assistant to join the team, providing ongoing support to the staff and management. Day to day duties will include:

• Collection and distribution of mail
• Maintain filing records both paper and electronic based
• Assist in preparing and processing client documents in our systems
• Answer incoming calls/emails and direct enquiries appropriately
• Reception relief for lunch breaks and leave periods
• Data entry, general housekeeping and provide administrative support to the team
