This role is integral to ensuring the smooth coordination of editorial and administrative processes, requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

The Junior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational requirements of Condé Nast, including but not limited to:

  • Cross-functional coordination: Act as a primary point of contact and coordination hub between sales, editorial, and the executive team to ensure brand property activities are aligned with both creative vision and commercial goals.
  • Information flow management: Facilitate the flow of information across departments, ensuring that Editorial standards are respected while commercial objectives are tracked.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Assist in the “translation” of project requirements between technical, creative, and commercial stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Project administration: Provide administrative support to the project team in coordinating project activities from inception to completion.
  • Tracking and reporting: Prepare and regularly update tracking documents and tools to monitor deliverables across the sales and editorial pipeline.
  • Stakeholder follow-up: Follow up with stakeholders across the business to ensure progress on tasks, submission of data, and the timely delivery of information materials.
  • Executive reporting: Assist with the preparation of high-impact materials, including integrated reports, presentations, and meeting collateral tailored for executive review.
  • Briefing support: Attend meetings to capture briefs and understand project scopes.
  • Minutes and accountability tracking: Accurately record key decisions, particularly those involving cross-departmental agreements, and track action items to ensure accountability.
  • Information consolidation: Receive, organise, and consolidate correspondence, data, and research to serve as a single source of truth for the project team.
  • Post-campaign reporting: Assist with the compilation of research and “wrap reports” that demonstrate the success of brand properties to both clients (sales) and internal leadership (executive team).
  • General team support: Contribute to the overall success of the team by performing additional duties as required.
