Joe Mallon Motors Ltd is a family owned and run business. Joe Mallon has been selling Renault cars and commercials since the 1960's and is now the main Renault, Dacia and Peugeot dealer for Kildare and Renault and Dacia dealer in Laois. We are looking to recruit a junior administrator to work within our business.

This is a great opportunity to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Financial Director, the role will involve:

· Completion of daily lodgement, Visa reconciliations.

· Completion of petty cash, NCT reconciliations, Eflow reconciliations.

· Managing all change of ownerships for vehicles and eflow account management.

· Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries.

· Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

· Assisting in making sure all suppliers are paid in a timely manner.

· Bank rec’s.

· General office duties and ad hoc projects within the Finance Department.

· Reception cover.

The successful candidate will ideally:

· Have motor industry experience which is an advantage.

· Have strong Microsoft office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.

· Be self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

· Be efficient, with good attention to detail.

· Have a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and work well as part of a team. The fit is really important to us!

· Be flexible in their approach to work. Some travel will be required to our Portlaoise branch.
