Junior Administrator

Role OverviewThe Junior Store Administrative Assistant provides foundational clerical, inventory, and customer support for retail store operations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day back-office functions, accurate data entry, stock tracking, and seamless communication between the store floor, management, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Tracking: Assist in logging incoming shipments, updating stock levels in Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management systems, and tracking store supplies.
• Record-Keeping & Data Entry: Maintain daily sales records, process purchase orders, handle store invoices, and keep digital/physical filing systems up to date.
• Administrative & Office Support: Manage internal/external correspondence via phone and email, schedule team shift logs, and assist with staff record maintenance.
• Customer & Vendor Support: Handle basic customer inquiries, coordinate vendor deliveries, and support floor or back-office issue resolution.
• Compliance & Reporting: Help generate daily/weekly operational reports, assist with routine audits, and enforce store administrative policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
