Job Summary

Sai Spacecon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 2 Junior Advocates to join our legal team.

Candidates with experience in real estate, property documentation, legal drafting, agreements, and court matters will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal agreements, notices, deeds, and other documents.
• Handle real estate and property-related documentation.
• Assist senior advocates in litigation and court-related matters.
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and external advocates.
• Research applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain legal files, records, and case documentation.
• Provide support on day-to-day legal matters of the company.

Required Skills

• LLB qualification.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Real Estate / Property Laws.
• Good legal drafting and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of property agreements and registration procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
