Junior Advocate

Role & responsibilities :

• Vetting of Original Property Documents which involves travelling to Banks.
• Legal Due Diligence for real estate properties (Residential / Commercial / Projects)
• Title Search
• Drafting of Contracts

Preferred candidate profile

• Female Candidates required for Non Litigation Work.

• Candidates should be proficient in reading & speaking English and should be able to read and understand Devnagri Script.

• Candidates should have a good typing speed

• Candidates staying in Suburbs and having permanent residence are preferred.

• Candidates possessing a valid Sanad from the Bar Council and seeking long-term employment are preferred; internship applications will not be considered.
