What they need
TAMOS BUILDERS
Junior Advocate
Property Development Business and Office-Work Operations
Location: Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai — 500m from Airport Road Metro Station
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
→ Perfect for: A junior advocate, intern advocate, or law graduate who wants to build a career in real estate law and property development — not just file work, but real exposure to transactions, due diligence, and how a builder's business runs.
→ Why now: TAMOS BUILDERS is actively looking to acquire new properties around Mumbai over the coming year. You'll be directly involved in the legal groundwork — due diligence, title checks, approvals, and documentation — giving you hands-on learning in property acquisitions that most junior advocates don't get access to this early.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, responsible junior advocate to handle our legal documentation, coordination, and office operations — a lean-team role where your legal grounding will be used across the board, not just in one function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review, and manage agreements, MOUs, approvals, and legal/project files
- Conduct and track due diligence, title verification, and documentation for upcoming property purchases
- Coordinate between legal, sales, marketing, and project teams as the point of contact for legal matters
- Liaise with society members, homebuyers, consultants, vendors, and authorities on documentation and compliance
- Handle calls, visitor queries, and front-office coordination alongside legal work
- Schedule meetings, maintain minutes, and follow up on action points
- Track timelines and compliance processes across live and upcoming deals
- Assist in client correspondence, legal drafting, and day-to-day admin systems
- Support management with legal research and inputs for new property acquisitions
- Support the business owner in daily administrative tasks related to office work and follow-ups
SKILLS
- Law degree (fresher/junior advocate) or currently practicing
- Strong drafting, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation workflows
- Ability to multitask across legal, admin, and coordination work
- Working knowledge of AI tools, basic tech adaptability, and social media handling
→ Open to candidates early in their legal career looking for practical, business-facing exposure
WHAT WE OFFER
- Direct exposure to real property transactions and acquisitions, not just paperwork
- Strong growth opportunities with regular increments
- Performance-based incentives
- One-month salary bonus every year
