Job Title: Advocate / Legal Associate

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Zirakpur
Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Advocate / Legal Associate to join our office on a full-time salaried basis.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal notices, complaints, applications and affidavits.
• Preparing police complaints and cybercrime complaints.
• Handling fraud, immigration-related disputes and other legal matters.
• Preparing case files and maintaining legal documentation.
• Researching applicable laws and legal procedures.
• Coordinating with clients, police authorities and courts, as appropriate.

Requirements:

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Valid enrolment with the relevant State Bar Council, if required for the assigned duties.
• Good knowledge of Indian laws and legal drafting.
• Strong communication, research and documentation skills.
• Relevant experience will be preferred.
