Junior Affiliate Manager (Korean speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with partner inquiries regarding accounts, commissions, promotions, products, and operational matters.
• Provide day-to-day support to existing Korean affiliates / IBs.
• Share relevant company, product, and promotional updates with partners.
• Follow up on partner requests and coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Business Development team in maintaining strong and active relationships with existing partners.
• Identify and approach potential new Korean affiliates / IBs through online research, communities, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Support initial communication and follow-ups with prospective partners.
• Assist new affiliates / IBs throughout the registration and onboarding process.
• Provide basic guidance on partnership programs, promotions, products, and available marketing support.
• Monitor affiliate / IB activities and report potential compliance issues or unusual activities.
• Conduct regular checks of affiliate websites, communities, social media, and promotional content.
• Monitor competitor activities, affiliate programs, promotions, and general market trends in Korea.
• Collect feedback from partners and the market and share relevant insights with the Business Development team.

Requirements

• Native-level Korean and good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, affiliate marketing, account management, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in Forex, CFDs, Crypto, financial markets, fintech, or online trading.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in business development are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with external partners and coordinating with multiple internal teams.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
