Junior AI Algorithm Engineer (Chip Design Team)

Base: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI-based image enhancement algorithms, including super-resolution, denoising, and AI ISP, as well as audio AI algorithms such as speech recognition and noise reduction.

Deploy and optimize AI algorithms on NPU platforms.

Provide technical support to customers on NPU toolchains and algorithm deployment.

Design C models for AI hardware acceleration algorithms.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of relevant experience in AI algorithm development, with in-depth expertise in at least one area such as deep-learning-based image enhancement, image/video coding, or audio processing.

2+ years of experience deploying and optimizing AI algorithms on NPUs, with hands-on experience using NPU toolchains and strong knowledge of AI hardware operators.

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging projects.
