Junior AI Developer | Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Developer with strong programming expertise in Python, Node.js, artificial intelligence, and intelligent automation.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing AI-powered applications, custom automation workflows, scalable backend systems, and complex data-processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI/ML applications using Python and Node.js.
• Build intelligent AI assistants, task-execution agents, and language-model-based solutions.
• Design custom automation workflows, background processing systems, and task schedulers.
• Develop ETL pipelines, database synchronization, and data integration solutions.
• Build secure, scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain production applications.

Required Technical Skills:

• Programming: Python, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL
• AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, NLP
• AI Systems: LLMs, RAG Fundamentals, Embeddings, AI Agents
• Backend: FastAPI, Flask, Express.js, NestJS
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Automation: Celery, BullMQ, Task Queues, Event-Driven Workflows
• Development Tools: Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD

What We're Looking For:

A developer with excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills who understands how AI systems work and can build customized solutions beyond basic API integrations or drag-and-drop automation tools.

Hands-on experience building and deploying independent AI applications and automation pipelines is essential.
