• Pythonを用いたAI開発経験2年以上（PyTorchまたはTensorFlow）

• FastAPI, Flask, Node.jsなどを用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験

• Git, Docker, Linuxの使用経験、およびREST APIの構築経験

• OpenAI, Claude, LLaMAなどのLLM APIの使用経験

• EmbeddingやベクトルDBを用いたシステム開発経験、機械学習モデルの設計・実装・運用経験

■歓迎スキル

• 画像生成モデル（Stable Diffusion等）や自然言語処理（NLP）の開発経験

You will have the autonomy to lead the overall development of AI products, from product design and technology selection to fine-tuning models and building MLOps data pipelines. ■ Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of AI development experience using Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

• Experience in PoC and development of AI products, including API integration and fine-tuning.

• Web application development experience using FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, etc.

• Proficiency in Git, Docker, Linux, and building REST APIs.

• Experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA).

• System development experience utilizing Embeddings and Vector DBs, along with ML model design, implementation, and operation.

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with image generation models (e.g., Stable Diffusion) or Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Development experience at an AI startup.

• Infrastructure design and construction experience.

• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents in English.
