Junior AI Solutions Developer

We are looking for a passionate Junior AI Solutions Developer to build AI-powered featuresincluding AI assistants, document processing, workflow automation, and semantic search—for our core business platforms (Import-Export, B2B/B2C eCommerce, ERP).

Note: You will not build full-stack web apps or UI layouts. Our existing engineering team handles all core infrastructure and database management. Your sole focus is researching, prototyping, and building AI APIs, prompt pipelines, and intelligent automation services.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Agent Development: Build AI assistants, autonomous agents, and RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge bases.

Document & Data Intelligence: Construct automated workflows to extract structured data from trade documents (invoices, POs, shipping manifests).

Smart Search & Automation: Implement semantic search for products/suppliers and build automated prompt pipelines for support, RFQs, and business reporting.

Pipeline Integration: Write clean Python APIs and services for our core backend team to consume. Benchmark model performance, accuracy, and token costs.

Technical & Skill RequirementsCore Requirements

Programming: Strong Python scripting, REST APIs, JSON handling, and basic SQL.

AI Foundations: Good conceptual understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.

Tools: Git, Postman, and Jupyter Notebook.

Education: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/AI/DS), MCA, M.Sc., or equivalent.

Expereince: 2 years of hands-on experience in AI application development, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies.

Good to Have

Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP, or OCR tools.

Basic understanding of PHP/Laravel concepts (solely for team collaboration).

Familiarity with Import-Export, eCommerce, or ERP domains.
