Location: Bristol / Swindon
Position: Junior Air Conditioning Engineer ( 2 years plus + )

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £32,000pa, depending on experience
• Travel paid (minus 30 minutes each way)
• £5 daily lunch allowance (tax free, minimum 5 hours worked)

From Birmingham to the South Coast, we provide commercial building services to a wide range of well-known clients, including pubs, restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues.

Due to continued growth and new contract wins, we are now looking to recruit a Junior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team and work across the Bristol & M4 Corridor

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their career within commercial air conditioning. You will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience across a range of systems and environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planned and reactive maintenance on VRV, VRF and Split systems
• Work alongside experienced engineers to diagnose and resolve air conditioning faults
• Assist with repairs, servicing and replacement of components
• Visit public houses, restaurants, bars and hotels
• Develop knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems and fault finding
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Complete job sheets and maintenance reports accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts
• Attend reactive call-outs as part of the engineering team
• Follow all company health and safety procedures

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Some previous experience within air conditioning or refrigeration ( 2 years plus )
• FGAS preferred but not essential depending on experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Basic understanding of air conditioning systems
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Keen to learn and develop within the industry
