ONE2W is looking for a motivated Junior Android Developer to join our growing development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-quality Android applications and wants to work on innovative mobile products used by real customers.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing Android applications and be comfortable working with modern Android development practices. Experience integrating Google AdMob and implementing In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing) is highly desirable, as many of our products rely on monetization features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin (Java is a plus).
• Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Android best practices.
• Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Implement and manage Google AdMob banner, interstitial, rewarded, and native ads.
• Develop and maintain Google Play Billing for subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across different Android devices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Experience with Android Studio, Git, and Gradle.
• Practical experience integrating Google AdMob.
• Experience implementing Google Play Billing (subscriptions and one-time purchases).
• Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of MVVM architecture and Android Jetpack components.
• Familiarity with Firebase services such as Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and Firestore is a plus.
• Understanding of app performance optimization and debugging techniques.
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store.
• Understanding of Material Design principles.
• Knowledge of app security best practices.
• Experience with push notifications and deep linking.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
