Junior Application Support

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to company applications.
• Ensure software bugs and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist in performing application testing.
• Develop system documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Preferably 2 years' experience in application support, software implementation, and/or software development.
• Knowledge of SQL, uniVerse and other databases.
• Possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and applications.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
