Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Oracle Application Database Administrator (EBS Apps DBA). The Junior Oracle Application Database Administrator will support daily database administration tasks, including Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Applications, and Patch Management, under the guidance of senior team members. This role is based in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years' experience (fresh graduates with relevant training/internship experience are encouraged to apply)
- Foundational knowledge of Oracle Database Administration and Database Administration concepts
- Exposure to or coursework/training in Oracle Applications and Databases
- Basic understanding of Patch Management principles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to work independently and in a team
- Oracle certifications (OCA or similar) are a plus, not required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
