What they need
Key Duties
- Drafts architectural plans and schematics using CAD and BIM software.
- Builds 3D models and digital renderings for client presentations.
- Prepares documents and paperwork for local building permits.
- Coordinates with contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
- Conducts site visits to check construction progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Knowledge of design programs like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Basic understanding of building codes and construction processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
