Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and Design: Prepare detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.

Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure accurate and integrated design documentation.

Quality Control: Review and refine drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and codes.

Standards Compliance: Maintain and adhere to company drafting standards, ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables.

Assignment: Support team leads & senior designers to ensure their work aligns with project requirements.

Revisions: Update and modify drawings based on feedback from architects, clients, or regulatory agencies.

Documentation: Ensure proper organization and archiving of all drawings and project files.

Project Coordination: Assist in documentation to verify existing conditions and ensure accuracy in project drawings.

Software Mastery: Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD and other drafting tools to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture

Experience:

• At least one year working experience model and drawing production using Revit.

Skills:

• Required skill: AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and quality-focused
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and deadline management skills
• Works independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively at all levels
• Solid understanding of design, development, and documentation processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
