Objectives of the Job : (Summary of the position)
Handle Architectural & Interior Designing aspects of the projects independently, under guidance of Principal Designer & Sr. Architect. Handle drawings, planning, drafting, visits & BOQs of Sites.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Co-ordination with Principal Designer/ Sr. Architect Preparation of BOQs; designs, complete construction documents; write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.
Help Principal Designer in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks, and controls, as also, assist in designing & sample collection.
Site visits for checking with plans and Quality Control.
Explain designs & Tie up with production and dispatch department & Control manufacturing orders to meet time-lines.
Plan, indent & release orders for materials.
Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
