Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support project design, development, and execution while working closely with senior architects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptual design development and presentation drawings
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
• Work on 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization
• Support project planning, material selection, and client presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, and Adobe Suite
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and interior projects
• Knowledge of local building bye-laws and approval processes
• Basic understanding of site execution and coordination
