Junior Architect

Jhamtani is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the architectural design, planning, and execution of residential and commercial real-estate projects. The candidate will work closely with senior architects, project teams, consultants, and site teams to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
• Assist in design development and preparation of presentation drawings.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy, dimensions, and design standards are maintained.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the execution team to resolve design-related issues.
• Assist in preparing material, finishes, and detail drawings as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and revisions of architectural drawings.
• Support the team in ensuring that projects are executed as per approved designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in architecture, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, planning, and detailing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
