What they need
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of architectural plans, drawings, and construction documentation.
- Basic knowledge of cost estimation and quantity take-off is required.
- Willing to learn and develop skills in construction estimating and project management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other architectural software is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to conduct site inspections and assist with project supervision.
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- With a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
