What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings and detailed drawings.
- Assist in development of plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on project/client requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules and drawing documentation.
- Support senior architects during design development and execution.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants and contractors as required.
- Conduct site visits and incorporate site observations into drawings.
- Ensure drawings follow applicable building bye-laws and project standards.
Key Skills
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Understanding of working drawings and architectural detailing.
- Basic knowledge of building bye-laws and NBC.
- Ability to read and coordinate structural/MEP drawings.
- Good attention to detail.
Qualification: Diploma / B.Arch.
