What they need
- Prepare and revise architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details based on project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of working drawings and construction documents.
- Convert sketches, concepts, and design ideas into accurate technical drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other engineering plans.
- Assist in site measurements, site inspections, and documentation when required.
- Make revisions to drawings based on comments from the architect, engineer, or project management team.
- Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals when needed.
- Prepare 2D drawings and, when required, basic 3D models and presentations.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements.
- Maintain and organize project drawings, files, and other technical documents.
- Coordinate with the construction team and other project personnel regarding drawing requirements and revisions.
- Perform other related drafting and architectural tasks as assigned.
