Junior Architect

Assists in the planning, design, and development of construction projects. Prepares architectural drawings, plans, presentations, and technical documents; coordinates with engineers, contractors, and project teams; and supports site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and applicable building standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect (preferred) or Architectural Apprentice/graduate eligible for licensure.
• With relevant experience in architectural design, drafting, or construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural/design software.
• Knowledge of architectural plans, construction drawings, and basic building codes.
• Familiarity with construction site coordination and documentation.
• Good attention to detail, design sense, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and fieldwork as required.
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple project requirements.
• Willing to be assigned in Angeles City.
• Can Start ASAP.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
