JUNIOR ARCHITECT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in overall project development administration, including coordination of design, documentation, and project timelines.
• Support project management for ongoing construction sites and development projects, ensuring compliance with design intent, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare, review, and update project development documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist Project Manager in daily project coordination, technical review, and reporting tasks.
• Interpret and read architectural and engineering drawings, and provide input for design and technical detailing.
• Perform basic cost estimation, budgetary control, and project progress tracking.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality according to approved plans and specifications.
• Able to make changes in plans through CAD software ArchiCAD / Revit.)

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in project managmenet and contruction  (fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply)

Skills:

• Proficient In Autocad, Archicad, Revit, Microsoft Office, and project coordination tools.
• Basic understanding of project management, construction process, and cost estimation
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (mandarin is an added advantage)
• Able to be organized in a big volume of datas and detail-oriented
• Able to handle stress & multitasking is a must in our company.
• Problem solving and Independent is a must.
