Role Purpose

The Junior Architect will support architectural, interior and exterior design projects from concept development through drawings, 3D visualisation and execution support.

The candidate should have strong hands-on skills in AutoCAD, 3D rendering, interior design and exterior design.

Ideal Candidate

A creative and technically strong junior architect who can convert concepts into accurate drawings, realistic 3D renders and practical design solutions, while supporting both design and site execution.

Qualification

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design or relevant qualification.

Experience

• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio in architectural, interior and exterior design is required.
• Practical experience in AutoCAD and 3D rendering is mandatory.
• Site execution exposure will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations and working drawings.
• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for interior and exterior projects.
• Develop 3D models, renders and presentation visuals.
• Support space planning, furniture layouts and interior detailing.
• Assist in exterior façade and elevation design.
• Prepare material, finish and colour concepts.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements and verify execution against drawings.
• Make design revisions based on site conditions and management requirements.
• Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards and design concepts.
• Maintain drawing files, revisions and project documentation.
• Support BOQ, material selection and basic project coordination.
• Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically strong and execution-friendly.
