What they need
Location: Kandanchavadi ,Chennai
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 per month, depending on experience
Qualification: B.Arch / B.I.D (Bachelor's in interior design)
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in developing interior design concepts, space planning, and layouts.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts.
- Develop 3D models and presentations for interior projects.
- Coordinate with senior architects/designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and coordinate design execution.
- Assist in material selection, interior detailing, BOQ, and project documentation.
- Understand interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and basic construction details.
- Incorporate client requirements and design revisions.
- Support the team in completing projects within timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects.
- Candidates with mixed residential + commercial experience are preferred.
- Portfolio of previous interior design work is an advantage. which department
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
