Brief development ability (for senior Architect)(Added advantage for junior architect )

1. Meeting and discussions with client
2. Determine the clients goals and requirements of the project.
3. Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
4. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
5. Set costs and project fees according to budget.

Excellent in design

1. Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges
2. Conceptualize, sketch design plans, development of design from preliminary sketch
3. Undertake design project from concept to completion
4. Presentation drawings, working Drawings and Detailing
5. Prepare architectural/interiors design reports, BOQ and documents
6. Good understanding of building services and site coordination with client and various consultants
7. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing, this includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections, and RCPs.
8. Maintain / organize project files, schedules, and specifications.
9. Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.

Software for design and presentation skills

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(essential) / Adobe Photoshop(essential)
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD(essential)/Revit
3. Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp(essential)/3d Max
4. Good with V-Ray(essential), Enscape, Lumnion

• Knowledge of Indian NBC and local by-laws (Essential)
• Dynamic with good communication skill, team spirit and leadership skills
• Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions
• Good in multitasking, able to work under extreme pressure
